So, things with me... Nothing has changed, really. Not a lot at all.

I have a job now, I've been there for 5 months, and I am college doing an Access to Humanities course, which should get me into university in two years time, where I will be doing a combined degree in English and American Studies.

I can't wait.

I'm going to America again for a month in January, to meet Chris, Ann, Emily and Chelsea. I can't wait for that, either...

Oh well, nothing else today.

Ok...So I'm back.

I deleted this journal once, but I figure that as I have it, I may as well use it.

Plus, I sorta missed it.

I probably just use this for poetry now, but always remember, every poem I post on here is my own, unless otherwise stated.

Anyway, I'm having a little writers block at the moment, but here is my most recent poem.

Farewell To A Dream

Hold my hand and tell me it will be okay,
Look at me again, in that special way.
Pull me close, be here tonight,
Tell me again, why this feels so right.
Write to me of waters, blue,
Take me, I want to see them with you.
Feel my heart, hear it beat,
Cuddle close, lets go to sleep,
I miss my dreams, 'cause though untrue,
Inside them I can be with you.

Catch my breath and let you go,
It hurts, but I can't let it show.
To hold on tight is harder still,
So though it hurts, I know I will.
But hold my hand this one last time,
To remind me once, that you were mine.
And ignore the tears that sting my face,
They'll wash you away, and leave no trace,
...It's hard to say goodbye, my dream,
But I'll say goodbye, to what could have been.
